Consumed - Cinders of the Soul

"At times it feels like I have so much rage within me that I will explode into a million pieces or combust. I'm not an angry person so this is a very uncomfortable feeling for me to sit with and something I'm trying to explore in therapy. Painting helps immensely...taking out all the frustration on the canvas instead of myself."
