"I did this piece for a mental health exhibit that was hosted by our state's Department of Mental Health. It's a visual representation of what it can be like to constantly have thoughts running through your head, especially intrusive thoughts. You don't know when they'll stop, and sometimes it just feels like total chaos is going on in your brain."
