I wish I could fly like the flamingo
Soar up in the sky
Looking so majestic,
Leaving my worries behind
I'd fly through the air looking refined
I'd fluff my wings leaving my troubles behind
I'm the majestic flamingo
I'm flying free
My grace and beauty will always shelter me
No negative thoughts no worries no fears
The pink flamingo's free spirit lives here
“This poem is to portray that people who have anxiety or depression wish they could forget; they want to laugh, feel happy. They want to function normally but their mental state won't allow them and just like the flamingo they want to soar through the sky feeling free.”
