"I have always drawn since a child but drifted away from it once I left school and started working at sea. About 10 year's ago I was in hospital a couple of time's with mental health issues, since then I have controlled my mental health with medication, mindfulness and groups.
Now that I'm drawing again I don't feel the need to do mindfulness exercises and have stopped attending groups without relapse.
