"My practice is a continuous exploration of the formation, breakdown and emotions of the ‘self’.
In 2019, I experienced a mental breakdown which led me to use art as a coping mechanism and a type of therapy.
Art helps me to communicate my mental illness where words can sometimes fail me.
I hope that through my work I am able to start a conversation around mental health and eradicate the stigma still attached to it."
