Perfectionism

Jess Murray

"Part of perfectionism is never giving yourself credit for your achievements, or minimising all of the progress you’ve made. You do this because you constantly think you should be perfect already, so why celebrate the mediocracy?

But there is no perfect. You constantly strive for this 'perfect' way of being that isn’t actually achievable and you end up feeling constantly inadequate. You have to celebrate the small wins. All the tiny progress markers that lead to GROWTH and PROGRESS and not 'PERFECT.' "
